PAC Intelligence provides AI-powered regulatory compliance tools for perfume, flavour, fragrance, and cosmetics professionals. Our platform offers access to regulatory data including IFRA limits, ECHA classifications, EU food safety information, and ADR transport regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and promptly update it if it changes.
All content, features, and functionality of the platform — including text, data, software, and design — are owned by PAC Intelligence and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
PAC Intelligence provides regulatory information for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete or up to date. You should always verify regulatory data with official sources. PAC Intelligence shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
